Padam Mobility and Hacon have developed a mobility app for the town of Albi and the surrounding area in southwest France, which maps the entire mobility offer in the region.
The “libéA mobilités” application provides access to mobility services in the Albi region. It maps the entire mobility offer of the region and provides information on the regional timetables of public transport and On-Demand Transport.
A new regional brand that unites all mobility offers
Against the background of a growing mobility offer and changing usage, the Community of Albi has set up a new regional brand combining all its mobility services: libéA. This new brand shows the ambition to provide the territory’s inhabitants with sustainable and responsible mobility. In this way, the entire transport offer is not only harmonised, but intermodal travel is greatly simplified for users.
The new brand identity is reflected in the new libéA mobilités application, developed by Hacon and Padam Mobility and available since the end of June. Users of the app benefit from an enhanced experience when planning a ride. The best intermodal connections are presented on the basis of existing data transmitted in real-time by the various local public operators in the area. A ranking by relevance helps the user to make a choice. If there is no fixed line for part of the journey, the app indicates the available Transport-on-Demand services. Walking and cycling routes are also included. So passengers always have the best information for all their journeys from the first to the last kilometre.
